Dosing

Dosing machine allow you to arrange mixing ratio of water/oil to apply die spraying. It includes oil tank and mixed liquid tank.

Required ratio can set by PLC controlled user interface ( HMI ). Integrated automatic water supply valve and dosing pump prepare needed spraying agent according to en-tered mixing ratio.

Outputs

It can easily assembled to the main spraying system. There are two filters that one of for water and other for oil to protect equip-ments and flow. It is also a mobile machine, so it can be use for any injection machine.
